AI Workflow, Automation & Video Content Specialist

Employment Type:  Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire | Flexible
Location: Remote / Hybrid (UK-based preferred)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

As our AI Workflow, Automation & Video Content Specialist, you’ll design AI-powered client journeys, automate systems across HubSpot and external tools, and support our marketing efforts with engaging video content.

You’ll help us launch tools like our AI Care Assessment Agent and create high converting video explainers, staff spotlights, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Workflow & Automation (Core Scope)

  • Build dynamic client journeys on HubSpot and our website
  • Design forms, workflows, and CRM integrations in HubSpot
  • Automate backend systems using Zapier, Make, and webhooks
  • Integrate with OpenAI to generate real-time care assessments and plans
  • Structure AI prompts using internal care documentation
  • Test workflows for performance, accuracy, and compliance
  • Tag and store AI outputs in HubSpot for reporting and follow-up

AI Video Content Creation (Support Scope)

  • Produce 1–2 video content pieces weekly
  • Record and edit video content using mobile/webcam/DSLR and editing software
  • Use AI tools (Synthesia, Descript, D-ID, etc.) to create video explainers
  • Collaborate with marketing on scripts, voiceovers, and branding
  • Deliver videos for website, social media, email campaigns, and ads

Required Skills & Experience

AI & Automation:

  • 2+ years experience using no-code platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n)
  • Strong HubSpot skills (forms, workflows, properties)
  • Working knowledge of OpenAI’s GPT-4 and prompt engineering
  • JSON/webhook configuration skills
  • Able to train AI using structured business knowledge
  • Proven ability to test and debug complex workflows

 

Video Production:

  • Experience recording and editing video content
  • Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
  • Familiarity with AI video tools (Synthesia, Pictory, D-ID, etc.)
  • Strong sense of story, editing pace, and brand voice

  • Comfortable switching between technical and creative tasks
  • Committed to sensitivity and compliance in health/social care

  • Care plans generated within 60 seconds of form submission
  • Weekly content delivered to support marketing
  • Conversion rates from CTA to contact increased by >20%
  • 100% auditability of outputs in HubSpot
