Our Founder

Harley Jai Care is led by Anna Rissa Balones, a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Non-Medical Prescriber, and Director of the company. Anna brings over 20 years of clinical, managerial, and regulatory experience in the UK’s health and social care sectors, including senior leadership roles in the NHS such as at University College London Hospitals (UCLH) and Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust.
 
As a Clinical Team Manager, Anna specialised in dementia, cognitive disorders, and mental health — areas that continue to inform Harley Jai Care’s specialist service offerings today. Her experience spans frontline nursing, governance, safeguarding, staff training, and care compliance, giving her a unique ability to lead a service that prioritises both care quality and regulatory excellence.
 
Anna is not only the company’s Registered Manager and Nominated Individual, but also the visionary force behind our commitment to rethinking how care is delivered, assessed, and improved.
